HELLO!
La Paz County was established in 1983. I had the great privilege of serving as the District 2 Supervisor from 1989 - 1992 and again from 2017 to present. As the newest county in the nation in 1983, we were off to a pretty good start. There were many caring people pulling together in a positive direction. I am afraid we lost that spirit for many years, however, with a lot of hard work we have turned things around over the past four years. County staff are buying in and working to move us forward. As a result, our County is doing much better than it has in many, many years!
I believe there are three very important things I have brought to our County Government- Leadership, Accountability, and Ethics. These three things are incredibly important to me, and I want to keep them in our County. I want to ensure that our county government remains open and honest.
I’m asking you to vote for me in the Primary Election July 30, 2024 and then in the General Election November 5, 2024. I want you to know that I set high standards for myself and others. I believe that when you re-elect me to serve as your District 2 Supervisor you should have expectations that I will continue working hard to keep our county on the right track.

The 2024 PRIMARY ELECTION in La Paz County is CRITICAL! I have two opponents in District 2. Both are “registered” as Republicans. The decision for District 2 Supervisor will be made in the PRIMARY ELECTION July 30, 2024 (early voting begins July 3rd).
Thank you again for your support and the confidence you showed in me in 2016 and in 2020. The 2016 campaign became a movement (that continues today) to turn our County Government around, open it up, and make it fair for all of us.
2017 through 2020 were a challenge, but in the past 3½ years we have made progress to be proud of. La Paz County is in the best financial position it has ever been in since its establishment.
We must maintain economic development as a priority in order to continue creating growth in La Paz County. Population growth will allow the expenses of county government to be shared by more people and reduce the tax burden on our current taxpayers.
Again, I appreciate the support I received in the past. As we move to the 2024 Primary Election, we want to finish strong, so I am asking anyone who believes in the movement we have created to do what you can to continue your support of this campaign.
